CHECK OUT  

Check out time is 11:00 AM. Late check out, if available, will be billed at $3 per hour until 4:00 PM. Travelers staying past 4:00 PM. will be charged an additional night’s stay.

VISITORS

All guests must be registered at the office.  We ask your visitors to park in the designated visitor’s parking area. RVers will be held responsible for their visitor’s actions and behaviors. Please inform all members of your camping party the policies of the park.

SPEED LIMIT

10 mph. To ensure everyone’s safety, slow and safe driving is required throughout the property. Please watch out for children and pets.

PROPANE

Available on-site. Please inquire at the office for assistance. Propane Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. No propane on Sundays or Holidays.

QUIET TIME

10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

BATH HOUSE

Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please report any problems to the office. No pets in bath or laundry rooms.

PETS

The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after the pet and keeping the pet under control (leashed and refrained from excessive barking). All pets must be leashed at all times while outside your RV and owners must be present at all times.  We have a dog wash station for your convenience.  No pet washing allowed in showers or laundry room sink.

GARBAGE

Secure trash bags and place by the road prior to 11:00 AM or put in trash containers located by shower house. We have curbside trash pickup from 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM. DO NOT leave out overnight. If trash is left out overnight and attracts critters into the park that make a mess of it, your site will be charged a clean-up fee.

LAUNDRY

Laundry facilities are provided for your convenience, but please do not leave clothes unattended. Please report any unattended laundry to office. Sink is for laundry use only. Coin machine inside laundry room.

CAMPFIRES

Campfire are allowed in the fire pits only. Do not move fire pits. They must be properly extinguished when not attened and must be of reasonable size so as not to danger anyone or anything.

PARKING

All parking at the site is restricted to the site’s parking pad. Overflow parking for additional vehicles is available in designated areas. For more information regarding these areas, please inquire at the park office. Parking on the grass or in the road is not tolerated. 

MONTHLY TENANTS  

• No refund on monthly rates
• No vehicle or RV washing in park
• No mechanic work of any kind
• No clotheslines
• No window units
• No kennels/fencing
• No deep freezers/refrigerators
• No deer butchering on the premises
• If it is redneck, don’t try it. 
• No homesteading
• No pets left out on cables. Leash only & you must be on the other end of the leash.
• Pick up after your pets
• Personal property must be placed on concrete pad only
• Any non-factory steps to RV must be approved with management  
• No skirting of any kind, unless approved by management
• No liquid waste of any kind can be dumped on the grounds or in dumpsters.  Inquire at office where to dispose of grilling grease.
• Sewer and water hookups must be properly fitted and supported to prevent leaks.  Monthly tenants are advised to use sewer support ladder. 
• Water supply to black water washout are not allowed to be connected unless in use.
• Use of additional 30 or 50 amp breakers will have an additional charge.  
• Units 10-15 years or older are subjected to management approval.  Units 10 years or older must be approved by management.
• All units must be in complete working condition

These rules and regulations are subject to change without notice. Management reserves the right to, without prior notice, evict anyone who creates a disturbance, nuisance, or deliberately breaks of any of the Park’s policies rules. Eviction will be immediate and without reimbursement of any park fees.
