Because we want each and every one of our guests to have a quality, community experience and feel at home in our park, it’s important everyone adheres to the following Rules and Regulations.

Campsite 1 - Wanderlust Crossings RV Park

Check Out  

Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check out, if available, will be billed at $3 per hour until 4 p.m. Travelers staying past 4 p.m. will be charged an additional night’s stay.


All guests must be registered at the office.  We ask your visitors to park in the designated visitor’s parking area. RVers will be held responsible for their visitor’s actions and behaviors.

Speed Limit  

10 mph. Please watch out for children and pets.


Available on-site. Please inquire at the office for assistance.

Quiet Time 

10 p.m. - 7 a.m. 

Bath House  

Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please report any problems to the office.


Pets must be on a leash at all time while outside your RV and owners must be present at all times. Please pick up after your pets.  We have a pet wash station for your convenience.  No Pet washing allowed in showers or laundry room sink.


Secure trash bags with twist ties and place by the road prior to 10 a.m. or put in trash containers located by shower house.  DO NOT leave out overnight.  


Laundry facilities are provided for your convenience, but please do not leave clothes unattended.  Please report any unattended laundry to office.  Sink is for laundry use only.

Monthly Tenants  

  • No refund on monthly rates
  • No vehicle or RV washing in park
  • No mechanic work of any kind
  • No clotheslines
  • No window units
  • No deep freezers
  • No deer butchering on the premises
  • If it is redneck, don't try it. 
  • No homesteading
  • No pets left out on cables.  Leash only & you must be on end of the leash.
  • Pick up after your pets
  • Personal property must be placed on cement spot only
  • Any non-factory steps to RV must be approved with management  
  • No liquid waste of any kind can be dumped on the grounds or in dumpsters.  Inquire at office where to dispose of grilling grease.
  • Sewer and water hookups must be properly fitted and supported to prevent leaks.  Monthly tenants are advised to use sewer support ladder. 
  • Use of additional 30 or 50 amp breakers will have an additional charge.  
  • Units 5-10 years or older are subjected to managements approval.  Units 10 years or older must be approved by management.
  • All units must be in complete working condition

These rules and regulations are subject to change without notice. Management reserves the right to, without prior notice, evict anyone who creates a disturbance, nuisance, or deliberately breaks of any of the Park’s policies rules. Eviction will be immediate and without reimbursement of any park fees.
